1.2. International deliveries (if applicable) are handled through reliable global courier companies as per service availability.
2. Order Dispatch Timeline
2.1. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from the date of successful order confirmation and/or payment.
2.2. Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, sales events, or due to stock availability.
2.3. Orders with customized or printed designs may require additional handling time.
3. Delivery Timelines
3.1. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

International Orders: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
3.2. Delivery timelines are dependent on courier company processes, transit conditions, and delivery area.
3.3. KrivTykes shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Address
4.1. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
4.2. KrivTykes is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

4.3. In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
5.1. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email/SMS containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email ID or phone number.
5.2. Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Shipping Charges
6.1. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6.2. Any shipping cost charged by KrivTykes or the seller (as applicable) is non-refundable, regardless of the nature of the return or cancellation.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
7.1. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7.2. KrivTykes does not control international customs processes and is not liable for delays caused by customs checks.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Shipments
8.1. If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items:

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged/exchanged product and deliver it within 7 days.
8.2. Claims raised beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
9. Non-Delivery Issues
9.1. If the courier marks the package as “delivered” but the customer did not receive it, the case will be investigated with the courier partner.
9.2. Resolution will be provided based on courier investigation reports.
