Return & Exchange

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange. Only items that are found defective or damaged are eligible for replacement based on an exchange request.

Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such product categories will be clearly identified to you at the time of purchase.

For all accepted return or exchange requests, once your returned product is received and inspected by us, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of the returned item. If your item is approved after our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
