You can cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it. Contact our customer service team immediately if you want to cancel.
We cannot cancel the order if the seller has already packed or shipped it, or if the product is out for delivery. If the item still reaches your address, you can choose to reject the delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.
Share your order ID and photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will check the problem with the seller and give you the next steps quickly.
Product Not as Described
If the product looks different from what you saw on the website, or if it does not meet your expectations, contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
After we review your request, we will decide whether to replace the item, issue a refund, or offer store credit.
Manufacturer Warranty
